I popped down to Big Car’s garages this morning to try to work out what seats she has missing.

I’ll have a look on the internet for some bench seats to complete Big Car’s complement. I think she’ll happily seat 11 people some day – a proper party bus!
I’m thinking this for the front seats and this for the back…

That website is a good find. A mate of Jono’s was saying that most any seats will fit into a Land Rover. I’ll post on LandyZone.co.uk once they’ve got their forums working again to ask for some advice.

The seats look good. It might be worth considering if it’d make sense to ship them to me in Guernsey since we’d pay a VAT free price. But the added hassle vs cost savings might not make it worthwhile.

It might also be worth contacting some of the auction rooms… like Witham where Simon bought BC from – they might have loads of old stuff lying around or going cheep (like the budgie).

When we were at the auction there was a big room full of ‘old stuff lying around’ which was included in the auction… We could find out when the next auction is and road trip… You know Si always wanted one of those trailers!!
